Service FAQ

Vehicle Age Limit:

Due to availability of parts on older machines we limit the age to 15 years old on Honda® or Polaris® machines. Any machine that is not Honda® or Polaris® is limited to 10 years old.

Do I have to make an appointment?

You do need to make an appointment so that we ensure we have time reserved for you and you do not have to leave your machine here any longer than it is needed. Please call 719-745-4348 to schedule your appointment.

How can I expedite my service?

Planning in advance and making an appointment around 2 weeks prior to the date of service is a good way to ensure minimal downtime. Please also show up on time to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, we will likely have to reschedule your work.

EMERGENCY SERVICE: This service is available for those customers needing to get their machine in right away and back quickly. We have a select number of emergency slots available each week. These available slots will be charged the emergency labor rate of $195/hr and all special ordered parts will incur an overnight shipping charge.

Why is the factory recommended maintenance important?

Having regular, scheduled service interval work performed on your vehicle is the key to a long and healthy life for your vehicle. Staying current on maintenance and keeping your vehicle in proper running order is important. Servicing your vehicle on a regular maintenance schedule is necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of your vehicle. The parts and components of a poorly maintained vehicle will wear out twice as fast as those on a well-cared for vehicle.

Our service personnel know what recalls and safety campaigns your bike needs, and we perform each service with precision and expertise. Our technicians are factory trained and certified. They receive regular and ongoing training in the dealership and from factory schools throughout the country.

Let our experience, knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment and service department go to work for you and your motorcycle.

Can I work with or watch the techs while they work on my machine?

Our insurance regulations do not allow customers to be in the technician area of the service department. We also prefer to let the technicians focus on the work they are performing, with no distractions. We are always willing to answer, in detail, any questions you have regarding your service.

Can I provide my own parts and accessories?

We are happy to work with New OEM parts that you provide, although we cannot provide any warranty related to the repair. Too many variables outside of our control prevent us from warrantying our work, such as age, improper storage, or unseen damage to parts supplied by a customer. We are unable to install any non-OEM accessories provided by the customer. Please note: we are unable to mount any tires that are not purchased through our parts department.

GOT MUD?

We are glad you are having a blast riding your ATV or Side by Side. However, we are UNABLE to service or repair your machine if it is excessively muddy or dirty.
There will be a $50 service charge added to your repair or service if your machine must be washed by us prior to service or repairs.
